Lately I've been called to different healing modalities such as intuitive dance, frequency music concerts, sound healing, women's circles, women's surf gathering and women's speaking circles. I'm really called to connect to the sacred feminine. I feel really at home and connected in spaces like this since I've been holding these space for women for so many years all over the world. It's such a beautiful, powerful and sacred space to be a part of.
I felt really lonely in the beginning of October and instead of dwelling in the loneliness I took action and connected with spaces and communities of women. It's a real thing, it can feel so lonely sometimes in a world that is so busy. Immedietly after taking action and connecting I found new connections with potential to friendship and I instantly felt less alone and so deeply connected. It really showed me what I so deeply know, that we are never alone and there are always connection if you open up to it. It also reminded me of why it's so important to gather in community and to create these sacred spaces of safety and connection for women.
I'm more inspired than ever to create more opportunities for us to connect. I feel the energy of 2026 and there is a lot of momentum, movement and coming together in communities again. Events and gatherings in the physical world as well in the online space. Healing and growing in groups and together, which is where I have found the most of my healing and growth.
I hope this inspires you to book that women's circle, that yoga class, try that new hobby or go to that party your were invited to. I hope it reminds you that you are not alone and that we, sisters, are here longing for you as deeply as you are longing for us.
