My story

I’ve always loved traveling and meeting people. It's been my main passion and reality the past twenty years. I was born in Sweden and my love for surfing lead me home to Australia. 

In my mid twenties I found myself in an abusive relationship which scattered my whole perspective of love, relationship and self. The path that followed was through deep pain, anxiety, fear and feeling unsafe within my own skin. I began to study myself and the world to rebuild and discover who I really am.

At the time of me leaving the abusive relationship I had just started surfing and teaching yoga. Surfing had a major part in my healing journey. It gave me purpose, passion and community. I created a path in surfing at a professional level and made Swedish history. I pushed myself to break limiting beliefs of what women can do and what was possible for me. My surfing has always been about empowering women to follow their dreams and believe in themselves.

Teaching Yoga gave me a safe space to express my deepest feelings, move through it and study the connection between body-mind-heart-soul. I’ve taught classes, retreats, events all over the world and met thousands of beautiful souls. Teaching lead me to dive deeper into my spirituality and discovering my intuitive gifts which I share through channeling and Reiki. 

Life coaching comes naturally to me as I have a deep passion to empower women. I truly believe we all have the wisdom within, our own natural gifts and talents. That your dream matters and that you have your own unique purpose in life. I help you discover your inner wisdom and power to make the changes you long for and bring your dreams into reality.

My intention with my services is to create a safe space for all of you to be seen, heard and supported no matter where you are in life or where you are going. I am here to remind you of the wisdom you carry in your heart and the power you hold to be who you really are.
