Read that again. To play is to be free. For me this could not be more true. I believe that play and being playful lays the foundation of a joyful and fulfilling life.
Everyone knows how to play. As kids we play effortlessly and view the whole world through play. As adults we forget how to play and are told not to play. We value being serious and inside the box. But play is a serious thing it is essential for creativity and inspiration it is drawn from your inner world and your imagination. When you draw inspiration from your imagination you are in connection with your soul and in co-creation with spirit.
What happens when we play? We are present and free from limitations. We tap into imagination and creativity. We are fully present within our body and mind and connected to our soul. Play is essential for our wellbeing. When we play we are free.
