Don't we all sometimes feel stuck in our head, thinking, trying to figure out what the right thing to do is? Asking ourselves over and over again, what am I suppose to do? What do I do? Why can't I figure out what's right for me?
well, let's break this down and make one thing clear,
You know what to do.
You always have known and you always will.
The thing is, it might just not be the easiest thing or the way you thought, wanted or expected it to be. Maybe it's also a thing that will make you grow, and that means you have to go outside your comfortzone and it might be uncomfortable and not at all what you really want to do, be uncomfortable.
But YOU always KNOW what is right for you, you always know in your heart and soul what to do. It is just a matter of being brave enough to listen to your intuition and the guidance.
Three things that will help you hear what your intuition is trying to say,
1. Meditate. So when you make time to sit with yourself, not listening to anything that goes on in the world outside, only observing what goes on within, you will hear yourself and connect to your intuition much easier.
2. Write everything down on paper. Get a notebook to write your thoughts, feelings and questions down on to paper to release it and make it clearer for yourself. Then leave it there, your thoughts, feelings and questions , let it go for a little while so your mind can settle. When your mind settles and your not busy asking questions you might here the answers.
3. Move your body. In any way you like, dance, run, walk, yoga, swim, surf, what ever feels good to you! When you are to much in your head it will help you to be present in your body. To be present in your body will help you clear your mind. With a clear mind you will be able to hear your answers.
